Your Tasks
- Development & controlling of our online marketing channels with regard to generating traffic and optimizing the conversion rate
- Budget- and staff responsibilities in the area of online marketing
- Results analysis of the marketing channels
- Conception & implementation of online marketing projects in consideration of current marketing trends
- Inter-divisional online marketing management
- Briefing of our graphics and content team for a successful implementation of email and display campaigns
- Supplying our content team with user and search engine relevant inputs
- Development of the online marketing field and being a driver for our brand building
Your Profile
- Preferably with professional experience in the field of online marketing
- University degree in economics or a similar degree
- Sound knowledge in the fields of SEO, SEM, Display and CRM
- Familiarity with onsite-analytics programs and their operating modes
- Analytical thinking and a structured handling of numbers
- Results-oriented, creative and effective way of working
- Flexibility, initiative and high motivation
- Passion for the fields branding, quality and home (home & living)
- Team spirit and fun in the collaboration with colleagues from different departments
- Confidence in dealing with the common MS Office applications and generally a high IT affinity
- Very good command of German and English
